The Osaka Usaba Nakiri 7 Inch Chef Knife features a Black-Oxide Anti Rusting blade with an ergonomic blue & gold foil inlay handle.

A very versatile and long lasting knife that can be used to perform all tasks needed of a chef’s knife in everyday cooking.
